Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know Dr. James C. Totten. Patient Forms

Please bring to the office the following forms with you and with your consultation with Dr. Totten or contact the office at (973) 817-9577. Also, please bring any pertinent medical records, X-rays, MRI, CT scans or other imaging studies for Dr. Totten to review. Dr Totten Reviews all the past and present radiological studies with the patient.

What to Expect

Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical history and evaluate your foot health. We will explain to you whether or not you will require any treatment, procedures or medication.
